Building durable cooperation

How we align methodologies, responsibilities, and quality assurance with partner NGOs.

About the collective

A New Standard for Erasmus+ Cooperation

We are a pan-European network of NGOs, foundations, and informal groups of young people dedicated to raising the standard of Erasmus+ mobility. At our core are three non-negotiables: rigorous project management, uncompromising participant safeguarding, and concrete inclusion pathways for young people with fewer opportunities.

Members share a common code of practice, exchange resources, and support each other through peer review and continuous improvement. We combine modern collaboration tools with hands-on facilitation to keep projects on schedule and stakeholders aligned.

Reliability

Clear commitments, transparent coordination, and audit-ready documentation for every activity.

Inclusion

Targeted outreach and mentoring for youth facing social, economic, or geographic barriers.

Innovation

Modern cooperation practices that help partners share materials, track milestones, and stay aligned.

Our core actions

The project types we focus on

KA152 · Youth Exchanges

Empowering youth voices

We co-create structured learning experiences where participants develop key competences, practice leadership, and build intercultural friendships. Emphasis on safe group processes and quality reflection.

KA153 · Mobility of Youth Workers

Professional development

We organize Training Courses and Partnership Building Activities that equip youth workers with modern methodologies, digital facilitation tools, and peer-to-peer mentoring opportunities.
